this is a response to shainy!!!
shmuli or both together (which evrer you prefer
even with a umbrella it dose not help because of the strong wind.
last week me and a friend went to America(Blaine)(around 1 hour from Vancouver)to pick up a shipment of sheforim for the yeshiva and the whole area of the border had a black out because of the rain and the strong winds the only electric was in the government and border control building
