First break up the Coconut and put it in the Vitamix


Blend it really well

Sift it through a bag

So that only the fluid comes out


Look at the cream!

Ready for the fridge

Shternie, we added the coconut water, we only got 1 cup, plus 3 cups water. Ariella, you can come over and have some.

Looks fabulous. Love the picture of that bottle, where did you put it? What is a Vitamix? Is it a regular blender? What did you do with the pulp?

The Bottle is an old wine bottle!
A Vitamix is a very strong blender (2 horse power) that makes the most out of the coconut.
The pulp is in the fridge for now, we have not done anything with it so far!
